WENTA's fully automatic deaerators are expertly designed for optimal performance and reliability.
- Advanced Insulation: Our deaerators are completely insulated with rockwool, with an exterior coating available in galvanized or stainless steel as requested. This design maintains a stabilized water temperature, preventing the formation of O₂ and CO₂.
- Complete Package: Each unit includes deaerator pumps, a safety valve, and a special WENTA stainless steel level gauge. A fully automatic WENTA Level Controller is also integrated for precise monitoring.
- Integrated System: The deaerator is delivered as a complete package, including a pressure valve group, all necessary armatures, and optional electric cables and wiring. The design features a high platform, walkways, handrails, and capacitive labeling, maximizing space while preventing cavitation damage to feed water pumps.
- Durable Construction: Deaerator pumps are mounted on a common chassis with backup systems. Both the pump chassis and collector are finished with electrostatic powder coating for enhanced durability.
- User-Friendly Maintenance: The specially designed flange connection allows for quick and easy maintenance, minimizing downtime.
- Fuel Efficiency: WENTA deaerators consistently keep boiler feed water at a stable temperature, reducing fuel consumption by 3% to 5%, depending on operational conditions. This stability prevents heat fluctuations in the boiler, extending its lifespan.
